Awesome 80's hairstyle?

Can someone please tell me how to do an 80's hairstyle step by step everyones told me to tease and use hairspray but can u please tell me step by step(sorry if u have to type a lot). For my costume I'm wearing oversized neon t-shirt, tights, leg warmers and jellies but I still don't know how to do my hair. Please please please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
