Please help with ideas for a first birthday party?

in a few months my son will be turning 1 and my husband and i are making a little family party for him. i was just wondering what are some idaes for like making it yourself center pieces for the tables and also like party favors. winnie the pooh will be the theme. please le tme know your ideas and anyone with pics that would be awesome as well. thanks
