Can someone ist me in creating a COPY or MOVE command to copy files from a local server to a workstation?

At work I have access to a directory on our server that contains forms for all employees. I trying to create a COPY or MOVE file so my co-workers can double-click and they're finished; instead of Drag-n-Drop. Source=\\dir\forms, and Destination = %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates. The file I created, I placed in the directory on the server, but I keep getting syntax errors. Can anyone ist me?
