We Want a baby, husband had Vasectomy any suggestions?

my husband and I have been talking about having baby. the problem is he had a vasectomy 7 years ago and a reversal is out of the question. Are they any other opitions to keep it natural and carry to term? We have read about sperm asperation. Has anyone ever had sperm asperated, if so how does it make the guy feel-pain wise? Serious responsed please.
