Hannah Montanan Tickets?

I would love to go to a Hannah Montana concert. The tour. Me and my mom are poor and dont have over $1,000 to get tickets. And my mom wont drive out of state. I live in Cloquet, Minnesota. The closest place in Minnesota Hannah Montana will probly get is Minneapolis and my mom wont even drive there. This is driving me crazy! I want to go to a Hannah Montana concert. This has been my dream for a while. I cry sometimes because i want to go so bad. She is my idol. I'm 13. I dont know what to do because i would go to a Minneapolis one but no my mom wont drive me. And i dont have enough money.
