What should I do about a bruise that turned into a lump above my eyebrow?

I got hit with an ice hockey puck above my eye at Christmastime and had a pretty nasty bruise, but it did not break the skin. Now, about 2 months later I still have a small bump over my eye that is painful to the touch. Should I be concerned?
